• Hello!
Are there any known compatibility problems with the divi theme? If you navigate to our “Cloud Fax Services”-Site clicking through our main navigation (https://retarus.com -> https://www.retarus.com/services/fax/) in 90% of the time the “et-fixed-header”-class, given by divi when scrolling down, doesn’t get added. Normally it gets added to the “#main-header”-header by scrolling down, as shown in the video. When scrolling up and hitting scrollTop:0 it gets removed again.
Funny enough, if you scroll down a bit and then reload it gets added again as expected. When deactivating the plugin, it also works as expected. Since your conditional menu plugin is quite excellent, this is pretty urgent.

We can’t tell why this happens and especially not what triggers it to not behave normally.

    For reproducing purposes: https://www.retarus.com/bug-video/

    Thanks in advance,
    Alex

    Hi,

On that page specifically (https://www.retarus.com/services/fax/), there is an extra navigation bar below the header. Is that added by you manually? Perhaps that is causing the sticky header issue on Divi. Perhaps check with Divi support to check the problem. The Conditional Menus plugin only swap the menu locations, it doesn’t change body_class or theme functions.

    Hello,

Yes the extra navigation is added with the conditional menu plugin, so that’s why I was asking if there are known compatibility issues. When deactivating the plugin the site is working as expected…

We are not sure how Divi handles their sticky header. When you add new elements, you might change the structure of the HTML and markups. That might be the reason why the Divi sticky header doesn’t work after adding new elements. When you disable the plugin, that extra navigation is removed as well, right?
