Problems with different main block image sizes created from from WP Retina 2x

    Hi,

    I am using the SmartMag template that I purchased via ThemeForest that recommends the use of the WP Retina 2x plugin and have discovered that this plugin creates 2 different image sizes for the main block image, regardless if the starting image size is the same or not (i have done many trials with no success or remedy)

    There are 3 images that are 351×337 (square-shaped) but the rest are 351×185 (rectangular), which is what I’d like all of them to be so that they are uniform in size.

    I’m not sure why this is happening but I’m not doing anything different between all these posts when uploading images and have spent about 2 days trying to figure out how to remedy this but I’m stuck.

    I might also mention that I am using the latest WP Retina plugin and WP version.

    Please any advice is greatly appreciated.
