Problems with different browser

  • Hi, I figured out problems when using different browsers like google chrome or safari, aslo when using different devices ipad, iphone…

    Why are there problems and how can I solve them?

    P.S. API Key and Browser Key is in place.

    Hi Tijme Smit,

    thanks for response – we are facing problems via the following platforms and devices
    IPad (latest system) und Samsung Pad (latest system), furthemore the error occures on desktop pc’s windows 7 and windows 10.

    Problem: After entering postcode and pressing search, system returns no results

    What exactly do you search for that doesn’t work? If I search for 30159 then it returns results?

    But searching for just a zip code is sometimes a problem, since zip codes can exist in multiple countries.

    Did you set the map region to Germany on the settings page?
