Problems with Device filter on User Conditions

    I have configured four ads for desktop (970×250) and four for mobile (300×250) running on a rotation group that displays on my homepage.

    When i check the mobile view in my notebook using inspect element, everything works fine, but when i open the page on my mobile, then i see the desktop ads.

    It used to work fine. Don’t know what is happening.
