Problems with custom thank you page redirection

    Hi guys,

    our page mudder-guide.de has a problem with the redirection to the custom thank you page. I chose a random existing page during development because our thank you page wasn’t ready. After development I changed the custom thank you page in the settings to the correct page but our users still get redirected to the old page after registering.

    I cleared the cache and tried it with different browsers/machines. Didn’t work. I looked up the DB option parameter and it has the correct page-ID of the page I want the users to get redirected to. Any ideas what went wrong? I don’t know why the plugin uses the old page even though the value in the DB is the correct one. At the moment I use a 301 redirect from the old page to the real custom thank you page but that means people can’t access the old page (which is our contact page) anymore.

    Do you have an idea what I can try next?

    found the problem. The form had a custom thank you via shortcode. Sorry for the trouble.

    Ah, good.

    One thing to note is that when you redirect to a custom tank-you page, you will not get the standard thank-you message from the plugin. That is gone after redirecting.
    If you redirect to a thank-you page you need to put a message there.
