Problems with Credly process

    I have set up the automatic Credly Integration and as far as i can tell it works. It sent a new badge to my newly created Credly account with the same E-mail address.

    A couple of blind spots came up when i was testing this.

    1. How to i send previously earned badges to Credly? – The badges my WordPress account had earned before i set up my new Credly account did not appear in Credly.Is there a WordPress -> Credly synchronization link somewhere? if no, is it possible to make one that i could show on “my-account” or on a specific badge?

    2. What happens if the user has a Credly account with a different email then on my site? Can they input their Credly credentials somewhere?

    3. The plugin description said that BadgeOS uses the mozilla BadgeKit standard. But how can my users use different badge backpacks then Credly? Is it possible to generate share links wiht what the user could add the badge to which ever backpack they use?

    Maybe i’m asking this question in the wrong place, anybody know who i should address with this issue?

    Or does badgeos have paid support?
