Problems with Contact Form Data-base plug-in

  • I installed the Contact Form Database plug-in, and it activates, but when I try to pull up options, I get this error message

    The s-rayinc.com page isn’t working

    s-rayinc.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    I caught this caution on the plug-in documentation…

    Your WordPress site must be running PHP5 or better. This plugin will fail to activate if your site is running PHP4.
    Be sure that one or more of the supported form plugins installed and activated.

    I don’t know how to verify that the site is running PHP5, but when I came back an hour later, the CFDB button on the sidebar produced a grid of new contact form data. The Options button and the Excel button at the top still bring up the error message randomly.

    Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.
