Problems with Claiming Website on Pinterest and YouTube

I hope that someone can help me with claiming my website on Pinterest and YouTube.

1.

I want to claim my website (martinesorthe.com) on Pinterest.

One of the options is to implement this into HTML tag into header:
<meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”529ac8dd0739f99117583273799e384c”/>

So I just wanted to see if someone could help me have this: <meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”529ac8dd0739f99117583273799e384c”/> put into my header? How do I do that?

2. I also want to verify my ownership of https://martinesorthe.com for my YouTube channel.

The HTML tag I have to paste into my site’s home page is: <meta name=”google-site-verification” content=”aVexecJwV_uz6UctiSQNaGLih3DMucCc95SdsHhcb5E” />

Could someone PLEASE help me do this, as I haven’t figured it out myself. Where do I insert these HTML tags?

HostGator, my host wasn’t able to help either. They suggested I contact this forum.
