    Hello,

I read that a lot of help has problems with cache plugin and the admins here ignore these problems and have no solution.

I also have the problem that WP Statistics does not work properly when using WP Super Cache or similar cache plugins.

And yes, I’ve tried this suggestion without success:
    1) go to setting wp-statistics page and Enabled?Use Cache Plugin.
    2) go to the WordPress Permalink Setting page and update the permalink with press Save Changes
    3) Delete all caches from the?WP Fastest Cache?plugin.

So I ask for your support and help with this problem.

    Regards Charbel

Hi, we’re preparing a document to troubleshoot the cache issue, anyway, please

    1. Make sure the Use Cache Plugin in WP-Statistics > Settings > General is enabled.
    2. Please ignore the plugin REST API namespace for caching, our namespace is: wp-json/wp-statistics/v2/hit
    3. If the cache plugin that you are using, caches the REST API, you can disable it
    4. Sometimes you can debug yourself, just go to one of the single post (In private browsing) and enable the Inspect > Network > XHR and then refresh the page and click on the request and then see the response.

    Hello,

Thank you for the feedback. I use WP Super Cache. Point one of her 4 I’ve already done it.

Where can I do point 2/3 REST API? Precise instructions, please.

You also have to tell me exactly how I can check your point number 4. Thanks in advance.

    Regards Charbel
