Problems with bulk edit, image titles and Import tool

  • Hi! I started to build up my own image stock and face few problems… does someone know what may cause the problems?

    1. Trying to bulk edit images on Symbiostock > Bulk actions > do not open bulk editing option. The page keeps on loading awhile and then opens the same page as it was. No edit options.

    2. After downloading images on server there’s titles that texts are cut. Titles are unfinished even though they’re whole on meta information. What happens to the titles during uploading process?

    3. I thought that I could easily (after successfully uploading multiple images to server) import the csv-file and make corrections to image categories, titles and so on. I first exported the csv-file, made corrections to its info and imported it back to the server. After this, some of the images were disappeared (titles showed “Product” and there were no content whatsoever) and all image tags were gone. Now I have the images on the site, but no tags and the bulk editing (1.) doesn’t work. What should I do? Upload images again and remove them from the server?

    I was able to figure out nr. 1. As WordPress is not so familiar to me, I now understood that I need to choose “Edit” > “Apply” from the dropdown menu and then edit all necessary fields ?? So, that’s been figured out.

    Still there’s nr. 2-3 unsolved.
