Problems with Billing Details

    Hi,

    a customer tries to complete the order for a product and an error appears stating that the billing address and email address are wrong.

    Do you think it’s a plugin error or a customer mistake?

  • Hello @simonevanilla , I have checked your site and placed a test order then it did not create any error to me and redirect to me on the Paypal payment section. Can you please explain your problem again because according to me Everything is working perfectly on your site.
