    Hi @mars29dr,
    please to go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load and choose medium, after that, BackWPup -> Settings -> Jobs, set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 25 seconds and then try to run again.
    Is that help?

    Hello: Thank you for your response. I set “medium”, the time is 30 sec, the maximum number of “retries” is 4
    I think it goes further (for the compression), but compression is blocked at 87% and compression of archive is blocked at 56%. I have now the message: “WARNING: job restarts due to inactivity of more than 5 minutes”. I have now a new message in French language that I translate: “WARNING : the task is ended in 961 sec with advertisements. Please correct them to get a proper running”. I note that the message indicates “warnings” and not “errors”; I got previously errors: so it is better but it is not still good. What can I do now to get a backup without errors or advertisements ? If you want to see more details, I can create for you an administrator account (I am confident with you of course). The blog is: https://choeurpolycantus.fr ‘french blog; we are a classical choir)

    Hi @mars29dr,
    “WARNING: job restarts due to inactivity of more than 5 minutes”. normally mean the job isn’t restarted at the correct time because the server stopped BackWPUp backup progress when it running. But actually, it’s not really an error, as I said it just because of BackWPUp detects the job isn’t restartable at the right time and throw the warning, it does not affect your backup files. So please no worry about this ??
    If you still concern about the warning, please try the following:
    – Reduce server load to maximum
    – Set the restart time to 20 sec only

    If you want to see more details, I can create for you an administrator account (I am confident with you of course).

    Thank you, but the issue doesn’t need access to fix, also we actually don’t want to collect user info when actually not needed duo to GDRP compliant, hope you understand ??

    I tried again with server “maximum” an time “20mn” and it goes further (for the compression), and the compression is blocked now at 93% . I have always the message: “WARNING: job restarts due to inactivity of more than 5 minutes”. I have also this final message in French language that I translate: “WARNING : the task is ended in 1154 sec with advertisements. Please correct them to get a correct execution”. I note that the message indicates “warnings” and not errors I note from your previous answer that you tell me that the backup is in fact correct and I have not to worry about it. But I think it is interesting for you to get the information; something could surely be done to avoid these warnings and to get the task properly finished and it would be a good thing. Thank you for your help

    Hi @mars29dr
    “WARNING : the task is ended in 1154 sec with advertisements. Please correct them to get a correct execution” As I said actually these warnings didn’t affect backup archive, so please no worry about it.

    But I think it is interesting for you to get the information;

    Yes, we always need more info as much as possible to resolve an issue, really thank you for providing it ??
    Also, I think the issue can be marked as resolved in here, if you have still a question, please let me know and re-open this ticket!
