    Hello,

I purchased the PRO version a few days ago and having 2 issues with the ajax in the product page.

    1) When I add a product to the cart, the number of items in the cart does not update. The product is added to the cart, but the number of items does not update. I am using WP Menu Cart. I do not have this problem when product quantities are changed from the cart page.

    2) If I add a product to the cart and then go straight to the cart page, the notice that says “xxx product has been added to the cart” shows at the top of the cart page.

Everything else is working fine and so far I’m very happy with the PRO version.

    Thank you!

Actually, I just realized that items are not being added to the cart from the product page. I added the same product in 5 different sizes to the cart. In some cases only a few sizes showed in the cart. In other cases, the cart showed quantity 5 of 1 size.

Hello, i’ve just released an update on PRO version please check if it’s ok now.

    Hi Moises,

    The update fixed this problem:
If I add a product to the cart and then go straight to the cart page, the notice that says “xxx product has been added to the cart” shows at the top of the cart page.

    The other 2 problems remain.

I don’t think that this plugin is compatible with my cart plugin. WP Menu Cart has an option that says: “Enable this option to use the built-in AJAX / live update functions instead of the default ones from WooCommerce.” With this option disabled, the cart ajax works but the product page ajax does not. If I enable this option, then the product page ajax works, but the cart ajax does not… I currently have selected “Make Custom Ajax” under the cart settings. “Simulate click on Update Cart” no longer works. The cart hangs on the update.

Would it be possible to get a refund if it can’t be fixed? I was using the lite version before but since the lite version doesn’t allow ajax on variable products I didn’t know that it would be incompatible with my cart plugin.

    Thank you!

    Hi,
I tested with the plugin and fixed the update problem on product page, and all seems to be working fine here.

Sent the new link on your e-mail.
Give that plugin one more chance and if it’s won’t fix so i will send the refund now ??

    * Attention 1: Please disable the “Use Built-in AJAX” on the other plugin.
    * Attention 2: Refresh browser cache pressing Ctrl+Shift+R

    Thanks

Thank you! I’ve tested it several times and everything seems to be working perfectly fine. I’m so happy that I didn’t have to get a refund because this plugin has a lot of functionality that usually requires several plugins. THANK YOU again for your excellent support!
