Problems with Ajax load

    We’ve a bunch of sites with their forminator forms set to load via Ajax. This was because it was recommended by Forminator to get around problems with nonce errors due to caching.

    All those sites are now no longer loading the forms, either in the edit screen or on the page. There are no javascript errors or anything.

    Turning off Ajax load fixes it, but causes causing issues again.

    (Edit: It seems like even then it still doesn’t load the form in the edit screen)

    Hope this message finds you well.

    What you described and after checking your screenshot the issue seems to be related to an assets optimization or a plugin blocking Forminator JavaScript assets, would you let us know if you are using an asset optimization or caching plugin on your sites? Also, are any error in the browser console?

    If you are using any of the plugins, could you temporarily deactivate it an see if the issue persists? In case the issue persists, we would suggest performing a conflict test, kindly follow this guide for it: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test.

    We stongly suggest performing a conflict test on a staging site or ran a backup before perform the test.

    Thank you for the information.

    It could be related to the Recaptcha feature if you are using it, we had some issues in the past, you may check this document and make sure the Complianz set up correctly to integrate with Forminator.

    It seems in the latest version of the Complianz they have changed some integration features which included Forminator, so I still have issues I would suggest contacting their support.
