    Hello Team

I’m having trouble with ADS not showing up on recently created articles, they eventually automatically show up after a while, but sometimes it takes up to 5 hours. The results of this is that my visitor are seeing blank spaces instead of the actual ad.

I must say this only happens when creating blog articles. If I publish any other kind of content, they appear like right away.

    Steps taken:
I have deleted all the cache, including the one from CloudFare, LiteSpeed and Bunn.net (CDN).

Also, I have been using WPQuads, but they said the issue is not at their end

I have not received any policy violations.

    Please advise`

Thanks for opening a support topic and adding context to the issue you’re encountering. While we can only assist with AdSense related queries in the context of Site Kit if you’d like to share the following I’d be happy to assist:

    1. Can you confirm that you’re using Site Kit and that you have the option toggled on to allow Site Kit to insert your AdSense code?
    2. Proiding you are using Site Kit along with WP Quads can you share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hello team,

    Thank you for your answer

I have provided the requested information using the Google form.

About question #1, well It used to be enabled, but I disabled a few months ago, while I was trying to identify the source of the problem.

Appreciate the assistance, let me know if you need anything else

Many thanks for sharing. I’ve checked the details provided and as you referenced there is no Site Kit placed snippet evident. I also noticed the adsense_account_status: approved flag so any ads related issues don’t seem to be at account level.

As we’re limited to Site Kit plugin support I’m afraid I don’t have any further insights I can provide, in particular if you’re not using Auto ads with the snippet placed via Site Kit.

I did notice that there doesn’t seem to be any ad code placed on some of the URLs I checked on your site (example). I didn’t check all your singular content URLs but it may be something you want to check further.

While I can only assist with Site Kit queries you may have better luck asking the same question to the product experts at the AdSense Help Center.

And about the URL you have specified, it was intentional, i don’t want to show ads on that kind of article

    (@jamesosborne)

Understood, that would make sense alright!

While the product experts may have directed here to the Site Kit www.remarpro.com support forums the issue you’re encountering isn’t Site Kit related. Enabling the Site Kit snippet for Auto Ads may be an interesting test, to see if Auto ads do instantly appear on your newer posts. I can’t however be sure of any cause for ad delays with single ad units.

Have you tried manually inserting a single ad unit code on a newer post, independent of using any plugin?

    Thread Starter dobh

    (@dobh)

Yes, I have tried that too

I forgot to mention that, basically I manually added a code to a recently created article that was not showing ads, and i ended up getting the same thing.

Also, I was having the same issue with the Sitekit snippet enabled, It was disabled while trying to identify the source of the issue, with no luck.

One more thing, I used to have auto ads enabled across all of my pages, and I was getting the same thing with recently created articles.

Here is an example of a recently created article not showing ads

    example

Article was submitted this morning, (about 7 hours ago) and is still not showing ads.

Eventually the post will automatically start showing the ads, however visitors (for now) are getting blank spaces instead of the actual ad, which is not ideal.

Went to the Sitekit settings and re-enabled the snippet.

I then tried deleting the litespeed cache, also the one from bunny.net and cloudfare, no luck.

Again, they will eventually start showing up automatically on its own, however on the meantime, my visitors are getting blank spaces.

Thanks for the update. I checked that recent article and I do see ads. I’m aware that it’s been some time now so of course that’s expected.

As far as troubleshooting ad delays go I’m afraid it’s not something we can assist with in plugin support. All we can do is confirm the Site Kit AdSense snippet is placed and the dashboards within Site Kit work as expected. We don’t have access to users AdSense accounts.

As the delay’s your experiencing I would image are frustrating rather than using the AdSense Help Center have you tried contacting the AdSense team directing using the “Contact Us” link in the footer of the AdSense Help Center?

    Thread Starter dobh

    (@dobh)

There is a new article, it might take a couple of hours for the ads to start showing.

Now, I did use that link, however it ended up redirect me to the Adsense community (the forum), where I posted this problem initially.

    Nevermind, ads started shwowing now

Is there another way to reach out to Adsense support?

Unfortunately there is other medium I’m aware of other than the official Help Center.

I did perform some searches in the same resource and the below may be of use:

Sorry I can’t be of more assistance.

In my case is taking more than an hour in some cases, looks like I’m running out of options
