    I am experiencing a serious issue with CoDesigner’s connectivity and functionality. For the past two months, I have to activate the licence manually every day, now it does not work anymore and it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and redirects me to an irrelevant website https://my.pluggable.io/.

    I have reached out to the support team multiple times and granted them access to my site, but they have not logged in or resolved the problem.

    The plugin has stopped working completely and now my shop displays some random default products instead of my own.

    My wordpress and all the plugins are up to date, including CoDesigner. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling CoDesigner, but it did not help.

    I need to fix this issue as soon as possible, because my site is not functional due to these bugs.

    Hi @dzintars

    Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with CoDesigner.

    This forum is actually for the free version of the plugin and we have a dedicated site for paying customers like you.

    Anyway, the problem you’re having has been resolved in one of the previous versions of CoDesigner Pro. I’m writing the solution here in case other users come here-

    1. Update CoDesigner (free one) to the latest version, which is 3.17.2 (on the date of writing my comment)
    2. Try updating CoDesigner Pro to the latest version from your dashboard. As it looks like your license has been deactivated, this step might not work for you. In that case, follow the next step(s).
    3. Download the latest version of CoDesigner Pro (3.17.2) from our site.
    4. Install it on your site and activate the plugin.
    5. Activate the license.

    Please let us know if it works.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
