When I run OMGF it installs the fonts on our server. This works great and when I look it up I see that no more unwanted connections are established.

Now I have noticed that my site becomes very slow.

If I deactivate the plugin my site is fast.

No matter if I have it activated or deactivated it accesses the fonts on my server which is good but I don’t really understand the phenomenon?

    HI @duerrundsteidle,

I’ve sent you an email explaining the root of the issues with your site. To summarize:

    – OMGF can’t detect fonts loaded through Web Font Loader,
    – Your site contains significant errors, e.g. in the used Web Font Loader, which at this point, causes your site to not load Google Fonts at all and instead falls back to Helvetica,
    – Your site is loading stylesheets twice, which indicates that something else is wrong, but could explain why OMGF is slowing down your site when ‘Remove Google Fonts’ is enabled.

I’m closing this issue, as I’m sure that the issues aren’t related to OMGF, but something else.

Sry but how is it possible to delete the post with the url?

@duerrundsteidle deleting a post is just a matter of clicking the “trash” link, either in the post list or in the post editor, but that’s not going to solve anything.

I would strongly advise that you engage a WordPress developer to configure the plugin for you, and make any required changes to your theme. In fact, Daan offers this as a paid service.

@galbaras, judging from the ‘modlook’ tag, I think what he means is that he wants the comment in this thread removed, in which he mentions his site’s URL. Correct me if I’m wrong, @duerrundsteidle ??

    Right.

Or at least the URL so that it cannot be found by Google search

@duerrundsteidle It’s a far stretch of the imagination to think there is something NSFW for that link. We do check you know.
