Problems with 2FA plugin if used with itheme security

Hi, there is an issue iam a facing with 2FA plugin when used with itheme security, when itheme security plugin is active, 2FA plugin cannot be deactivated or activated, i need to diaable itheme security to perform the action of 2FA plugin active or deactive, do anyone in this forum is getting this issue, it used to work fine with previous version of itheme but since i updated it i am getting the issue.
