• Hi,

I have installed WP-user manager on my site .
My customers who connect to my site using their computer have no problem to register, ask for a new password, connect, …

But my customers who want to connect with their smartphone encounter issues :
    – they are constrained to ask for a new password each time they want to connect
    – after having required a new password, they receive en email with an awfull password, very difficult to memorize or copy/paste on the login form

    here is what they receive
    awfull password

What should I do to enable my custosmers using their smartphone to have a nice experience on my site ?

    Thanks for the help

It sounds like they are registering then not being able to login? Is that correct. Can you recreate this behaviour?

The awful password is strong password generated by the site. You can add a password field to the registration form so they can choose their own at registration time.

That is correct. They cannot login with their former user name and password.

This behaviour is only for user wuch try to connect using they smartphone.
My users which connect using their PC have no problems to login.

    Thanks
