• I found the following problem. When the user answers two quizzes in two tabs of the same browser, at the same time, the data are stored for only one quiz and the answers are messed up.
I know this is an unlikely situation, but the test is part of our plug-in efficiency policy.
Any tips to solve this problem?
    Thanks.

The plugin uses sessions, such scenario is abnormal and not solvable. I can’t think of any real reason to answer the same quiz in two tabs at the same time.

I appreciate the answer. I understand, but the same problem exists when the quiz is opened on two different computers at the same time. It is an unlikely situation, but it can occur.

    Hi,
Have you ever analyzed this issue?

We are still working on it. It’s extremely complicated, so far unable to resolve it.

    WatuPRO solves the problem?

    Hi.
Did you read my last message? Does Watu PRO solve the problem?

Sorry, missed it. You mean running two different quizzes, not the same quiz in two tabs, correct?

I refer to the situation of running two identical quizzes (same questions and answer options) simultaneously on two computers. When this happens, the answers are stored in a messy way.
You can see the problem yourself by testing this situation.

We have not been able to reproduce any issues with quizzes running on different computers. I left the impression that you were talking about two tabs of the same browsers.
Issue on different computers? We have users taking quizzes from multiple locations all the time. There are no issues with this.

Users taking the same quiz simultaneously on different computers?

Same user doing in two computers at the same time?

Or different users? For different users there are no problems of course.

Same user: impossible to resolve if the user is logged in. Why would anyone take the quiz at the same time on two computers? The plguin is not planned for such an abnormal situation and to solve it would mean to rewrite a huge amount of the logic for no reason. Sorry, it’s not on the list for any near future.

Different users not logged in running simultaneously the same quiz on different computers.

The quiz can be taken by different users at the same time. We have many users taking our demos at the same time for example and it works fine without any problems.
