problems updating to 3.8.1

    Hi guys.

    I am having some really odd problems updating to WordPress 3.8.1
    Everytime i run the update, it will go ok and it says the update is complete, but when i refresh/go back to the main page of the admin area, you can see the update has disabled all my plugins and changed my theme to the default one, even thought i do not have the default theme installed on my server.

    Once i change the theme back to the one i have got on the server and re-enabled all my plugins, the site just does not load right and looks all F**ked up.

    But just to show you guys what i mean, so you can compair, here is a staging site: https://www.staging4.geekstech.co.uk

    Any help guys, would be great as i never had a problem with upgrading in the pass and i have tried to update now for 2 days, but getting the same problem all the time.

    Never mind, i have found the problem.

    for the first time EVER, i had to disable all the plugins and then do the upgrade, after the upgrade re-enable the plugins and the site was loading fine ??

    So if anyone else fun into this problem, try what i did and disable your plugind and then upgrade.
