• <slimstat>I always use the plug-in well. Thanks a lot.

I am writing because I have an inquiry. I am currently running 2 WordPress sites and have installed 2 <slimstat> plugins.

However, <Top Reference Domains> is well reflected in one site, but <Top Reference Domains> is not displayed in the other site.

I installed the plug-in exactly the same, but why is it like this?

It’s frustrating that even if I delete the plug-in and reinstall it on the second site, it doesn’t show up as well. Please help me.

    Hi,

Thank you for reporting the issue, can you please tell me what is the error on your error_log?

I checked the message, but I’m sorry for the late reply.

I couldn’t find how to find and upload “error_log” because I didn’t have any relevant knowledge.

For the second site, the theme “rehub” is being used. (The first site still has a good GeneratePress theme.)

In the case of the second site, “Top Reference Domains” came out well in the first installation about a month ago, but not in the last few days. So I deleted “slimstat” and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t come out.

You need to check to know why, right?

Can you please ask your hosting provider to give you the error log for the few days ago? actually It’s like a black box to find this kind of issues.

    Thank you.

This is what I got when I contacted my hosting company and asked them to help me with the . I have no idea what they’re talking about, as I don’t have any knowledge about it.

I hope this is what you’re looking for.

I believe the issue has been resolved in version 5.0.5.1. Could you please ensure that you have updated to the latest version?

    Thread Starter slampanic

    (@slampanic)

Yes. I reinstalled the plug-in and my current plug-in version is 5.0.5.1.

However, <Top Reference Domains> is still not displayed. Is it related to the WordPress theme? It’s really embarrassing.

    Hi,

I am having the same issue only in one of my sites. I manage several WP sites and only in one I am facing this problem. Top Reference Domains is blank. I’m running SlimStat Ver. 5.0.5.1 on a Twenty Twenty chid theme.

    Dear @slampanic and @salgraphics

I am Iman Ghorbani, a member of VeronaLabs development team. Thank you for reporting this issue. I spent a day trying to reproduce this problem to resolve it, but I couldn’t actually reproduce it.

You know, this problem may be due to some specific URLs or specific data that is stored in the database. I tried different samples but none of them hit this problem. If I can have the list of URL and information, I can see the problem and solve it. Please give me more information regarding the generation of this problem.

    Best
