Problems sending with the sending service

Hello,
until recently I was able to send emails using MailPoet’s sending service. From one mailing to the next, without me changing any settings, it stopped working.
When sending a test mail I was shown:
The email could not be sent due to a technical problem with MailPoet: The email could not be sent: MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended on your website due to a degraded email deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve this issue.Then in my research on my account I saw that under MySenderDomain the the status invald was displayed.
What can I do to use the sending service again?
