Problems sending newsletters

It is a good idea to send newsletters before the turn of the year. After the end of the year it will work to send out newsletters. It says that newsletters are sent but you can not get it on the inbox. Probably it has the latest upgrade to do. How do I solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
