Problems restricting access to pages

  • I have problems restricting access to pages.
    I verify that it can only be seen for paid users, but I open it in incognito window and the page is still seen.
    I have designed my pages with Thrive Architecte and I have Thrive Squared theme.
    Hiding the pages with this plugin (Thrive Architecte) may not work.

    Hi @alcabla,

    Can you please clarify how do you restrict access to the pages?
    Please go to the page you want to restrict and find UM content restriction section, you can set “Who can access this content?” option and choose user roles.
    You can also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme.

    In the following URL there are the restrictions of the page that I have indicated previously.

    I have created a payment membership and there are certain pages that are only going to see the people who have made the payment, that is, the subscribers.

    I am having the same problem, I restricted the registration page because only administrators can register a new member. I can open the page when logged out, and incognito chrome.

    Is there a resolution to this problem?
