Problems restoring database with Directadmin
-
We had problems when moving servers last month.
The admin backup/transfer function in Directadmin partly did not work because of Centrora security.
The domain backup was made including the mysql backup, but a super user was needed to restore according to the error notice.
So from customers using Centrora, the database was not restored and we had to do it manually by importing via phpmyadmin or via console, which brought extra work which should not be the case. Why is Centrora tempering with the database so backups made by the server admin via the controlpanel, can not be restored the same way?
This is a Centrora problem, users witout Centrora don’t have this issue and the issue also does not occur when Centrora is removed.
Can this be fixed? Or is this already fixed in Centrora 3.3.1?
