Problems Registering New Users

Good Afternoon,
I attempted calling the support phone line but did not get through to any specialist. We are currently using your eCommerce MLM plugin with WordPress and having issues registering new users, specifically the “Sponsor ID” and “Placement” fields. Specifically, how do we go about finding the “Sponsor ID” for the new user’s sponsor. For example, right now we only have one user “Melissa Lambertson” who has the user ID of 326987410, but when I try to enter this number I get the error “Sorry ! Sponsor is invalid.”
Any help or detailed information would be appreciated. I currently seem unable to add new users as an admin (is it possible to change the administrative user?). Thank you.
