problems rearranging widgets

    On my admin pages i cant drag-and-drop widgets to rearrange them. I can’t rearrange anything at all on my dashboard and some of the things won’t even load in (QuickPress, WordPress Blog, Other WordPress News, Incoming Links, and Plugins). I have a menu created and i can’t rearrange the items on the menu. Any idea on how to fix this? It started after I installed an outdated plugin to customize my dashboard but I removed the plugin and even emailed the creator but he said the plugin couldn’t be causing the problem.
