Problems posting photos from mobile

I recently set this theme up for internal communication for a company with a handful of locations. One of the needs we have is for employees from different locations to be able to post photos. One of our employees is using a Note 4 and receives this message every time he tries to post:

One or more of the message components have been deleted by MMS Adaptation. Either the message was too large or the components were unsuitable for your handset.

I haven’t been able to find people experiencing similar issues, and cannot test this myself as I can’t get access to the phone (the company is spread out all over the country).
