Problems only on iPad for product with options

  • I have a site that sells music scores. On some products, they can also get a backing track.

    On all devices and browsers this min/max works great EXCEPT on iPad and only for the products that have a backing track/mp3.

    Products that are just offering the 1 PDF/score (where it’s a min of 6 they must buy) are fine.

    Products with PDF + optional backing track (PDF is 6 min but backing track is 1 only) the price boxes just don’t appear at all. The add to cart button also doesn’t work.

    I am stumped on this one.

    Hello,

    It seems you have some plugin that change default add to cart buttons, but it work incorrect.
    Is it work correct if our plugin disabled?

    I’ve tried deactivating and clearing cache for that cart plugin but it still doesn’t work.

    Since the latest Woo update, when I have a variable product – product has a PDF (with min 6 must be bought) and an MP3 that they can only buy 1 of.

    IT was working before (except on ipad but I’m not so concerned about iPad) but now it’s not working on any device. This is just where there is an MP3 as well as the PDF.

    Where there is just a PDF (min 6) it works great.
