Problems on price history pop up (sidebar widget)

  • I would like to report 2 small problems regarding the price history pop up. Maybe it could be solved for future versions.

    I am using the shortcode [content-egg-block template=custom/all_merchant_widget] in a widget to show all offers to a product on a review post. This widget activates the price history pop up, when available.

    Problem 1: Prices are shown in 2 different formats in the price history pop up. At least for brazilian currency format (BRL), the prices on the left are shown correctly (R$ X.XXX,XX), but in the graph itself they are shown incorrectly (X.XXX BRL). See screenshot for clarification:

    Problem 2: On mobile, the price history pop up cannot be viewed entirely. Since it is not possible to zoom out the contents of the pop up, its usage is compromised – the more price updates the product has, the worse it gets. The same happens when the user clicks on “notify me about price drops”. See screenshot for clarification:

    Please let me know if there is something I could do now to solve the issues without waiting for updates.

    this is a custom template from regub theme. its better to write theme’s author.

    I’ve sent a message to support forum for Rehub theme. I could get a solution for problem number 2 cited in my message (using custom CSS), but for problem number 1, the answer was that it is a plugin issue. It really makes sense, because it doesn’t metter which parser I use, the way that the prices are shown will still be wrong (at least for BRL format).

    So I am back here just to give this feedback. Please consider reviewing this “small issue” for a future content egg release.
