Problems logging in after upgrading to Windows 10

Hello,
I upgraded to Windows 10 a few days ago and since then I can’t access the backend of my website. All i get is a blank page.

I don’t think it’s a cookie problem because I have tried all browsers, including Edge, which I’ve never used before. Same blank page at every attempt.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
