problems loading a plugin

  • Hello,

    I am building a new website and have installed ithemes security. I am now trying to install a WooCommerce extension and I am unable to activate the license key. Woocommerce have suggested that it could be that the htaccess rules have been changed.

    Would your security plugin have done this? Are you able to help at all?

    I’d start by disabling the Suspicious Query Strings and Long URL String features.

    Hi, Thanks Gerroald. I have done that, but it has made no difference. I have tried deactivating ithemes security as well but the problem still persists.

    Hey NayTay,

    This may not be related to iThemes Security at all. If they think it’s related to the .htaccess rules, you could temporally clear them and see if that helps.
