I’m wondering if all my new problems relate to the latest Jetpack update?

1. Shares not showing.

2. Soundcloud not working.

3. Image and post description sometimes not appearing when adding link to Facebook post.

It appears that your site URL has been blocked by Facebook. You can check this by entering URLs to your posts in Facebook’s debug tool:

I’d suggest getting in touch with Facebook about this, if you think your site was blocked by mistake.

2. Soundcloud not working.

The ScoundCloud player appears to be working properly on my end:

Do you still experience issues? If so, could you try in a different browser, or disable any browser extensions that may restrict your access to some sites or resources? Ad blockers and privacy extensions will sometimes do that, for example.

1. Shares are still not showing.

2. Today, FB picked up a post description and image. Either:
a) This morning’s Jetpack update did it or
b) coincidentally, error lay on FB side and they fixed it today.

3. That debug link you gave me is way over my head. Opposingly, when scraping info for https://www.knysnakeep.org, it still shows errors:

a) Error parsing input URL, no data was cached, or no data was scraped.

b) The scraper sees:

I’m afraid Facebook is still not always able to access your site to gather data and build its preview. The Facebook Debugger shows you what Facebook sees when trying to access your site:

As you can see, it “could not connect to your server”. This may happen for a number of reasons:
1. Your site is down.
2. Your site is too slow, and Facebook eventually gives up when trying to access it.
3. Your server blocks Facebook from accessing your site. You’d have to contact your hosting provider to find out more about this.
Right now, I think the problem is with your site; I can’t access it at all, it seems to be down:

It finally loaded after about 20 seconds on my second trial, but it would have to load much faster for Facebook to be able to grab data.
