Problems installing child theme?

    My client at the included link wants to preserve custom CSS and added features in the functions.php file. I used your OnePress child theme in GitHub. However when we switched over, the Hero text “Our clients love us” was replaced by something generic. Also, the area containing the main navigation bar turned white. We had to switch back. Tips?
