Problems in the comments section

Hi,

On my site (https://articlebuster.com) I am facing a lot of problems in the comments section. Firstly when someone posts a comment he gets redirected to some other post rather than the post on which he commented. The comment also does not appear on the site. To resolve this issue I started using Disqus comments system some days back but now whenever someone posts a comment it appears twice on the site. If I remove one both get deleted.

I would be really thankful if someone can help me with this. Regards
