    Hello, unfortunately after the last 2 updates the problem we reported a few weeks ago has remained unresolved.

    I remind you again of the problems we are experiencing:

    • The texts that should appear from the bottom up with the animation that brings them to their right place are?already present on the page?and the result is very bad.
    • Plus, the round image on the left should appear with an animation that?no longer works.

    We would like some help. Is there any way to solve it?

    The last update fixed the fade transition problem but unfortunately, the entrance animation problem for some elements like texts is postponed to the next updates. Please note that our team is aware of this and we are doing our best to prepare the upcoming updates.

    I am here with good news, please update your Depicter to the latest version. It should fix the fade issues you mentioned.
