Problems in Safari with v 1.6.0?

    First of all, thank you for a very nice plugin.
    Unfortunately after upgrading to v1.6.0, popups seems to not work in Safari, hope it’s not just me. I tried on three different Macs and versions of Safari.

  • Hi @arcadiapps – just had a quick look at the source of your page that’s not working and I think you need to check your IDs – e.g. you’re calling #crisisfam but the ID is CrisisFam – CSS IDs are case sensitive

    As @continuit mentioned, the CSS IDs are case sensitive. However, I can also see that your trigger is correct (it’s “#CrisisFam”)!

    This is a glitch somewhere in the Popup plugin and I’ll have a look into this later today or tomorrow.

    The fastest solution for this is to modify your Popup Section and change the ID from “CrisisFam” to “crisisfam” or “crisis-fam” (all lower-case). Please also change your button URL to “#crisis-fam” in that case, to be on the safe side.

    This will solve the issue on your site for now, while I can debug the issue and provide a permanent fix.

    Btw, @arcadiapps would you mind to briefly create a new support ticket for this issue? This thread is already resolved and covers a very different issue.

    The lower-case fix worked, thank you for this temp solution and of course for the plugin, no doubt that I will buy you DIVI Areas plugin to support your work.

    I updated to the latest version. Everything works fine! ??
