problems in moving wordpress site to another hosting

i have made a website on a domain. Now i need to move that site to anther domain and that too on another hosting. I followed the steps written by wordpress.

But i am having a this proble: “Error establishing a database connection”

This is due to database connectivity.

I have no idea how to resolve this. Help me.
