Problems in combination with W3 Total Cache

Using this plugin together with W3 Total Cache in some installations I ran into the problem that urls for minified scripts from cache were not updated properly.
translated into something like
https://mydomain/http:/mydomain/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/PY5RDgIhDEQvJJbN3sBD-I_QXZsAxbZEvf3ixvA5efMm4yFyaUGVXXxSTqD2zXhZoPRs5CQY1R0GR1OIqrAJV8OaXKE6alqCWMt9p3pfpvxmSRvWiKcy040_f9gEVZ0in4WQxtgjiFtXf_3t-vnq5AUThVdHIdQD.css?77b534After deactivating and reactivating this plugin the problem was gone, but I’m afraid it might happen again. Could you please double check where this could come from? Besides from that it’s a great plugin, thanks for that!
