    Hello,
    I have a CSV which has quotation marks for all values, means also SKU and prices and not only for text. Therefore I cannot import it, as the plugin does not show any value. With other CSV files it works fine. The values are separated by ;
    I also tried to use “;” as separation, but it does not work. And as long as the plugin does not recognise the value, I cannot put the value in the field on the left. So I cannot move forward to the import.

    File example:
    “product_id”;”discharge_date”;”date_of_last_modification”;”name”;”sku”;”dealer_price”;”price”;”vat_percentage”;”price_with_taxes”
    “28691”;”2019-12-16″;”2022-10-06 17:08:27″;”SEVENCREATIONS PURPLE”;”D-221989″;”0.98″;”13.21″;”21.00″;”15.99″

    I did not find any settings, to solve this problem. Can you please help? Does the premium plugin (what we will need because of the scheduled import) handle this?

    Thank you

    Hi @kobby_w,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    As per our understanding you are having issue with importing values from the CSV file as quotation mark in the value. We have tested the same on our test site and the values are imported successfully. Please refer to the below screenshots of the import file and the imported product.

    Can you please share the CSV file you are importing so that we can check it. You can share the CSV by uploading it to Google Drive or WeTransfer or any similar service and sharing the link.
