Problems importing from live server to localhost

You probably need to extend max_execution_time in php to a greater value.
Try setting it to 60, reload php, then try again.

I’ve changed max_input_time to 60 in php.ini on xamp and it still freezes.

I have the same problem, after increasing max_execution_time: 300 still nothing happens at the point “Checking extensions compatibility…”
Please tell me what else can cause this error
