Problems Formatting Blogs – No Space Between Para’s

I’m having an issue when publishing blog’s. Sometimes there are lines/spaces between paragraph’s and sometimes not. I’ll go back into it, correct it, save it and it’s wrong again.

I tried adding more lines between paragrapha’s and same issue.

Sometimes I’ll get a one sentance parapragh that ends up being the first sentance of the next paragraph and it won’t let me correct it.

I’m not sure what version I’m using. I didn’t set up the installation and I’m new to this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
