Problems developing on Localhost

1. Upload Link from MyAccount page works and uploads but:

File Link on Admin Edit Page links to I:xampplite\ (Developing site on Localhost) and will not open unless I replace I:xampplite\ with Localhost then it will open in browser. How to fix href?

2. Upload file not showing on Thank You for order page – Likely my theme overwriting template. Guess I’ll have to figure that out myself, probably.
