Problems deleting the plugin

    Hi, we used your plugin for tests in the free version and now we have problems deleting it. The plugin is installed in WordPress and after deactivating it when we try to delete it we receive the following alert
    “It is not possible to delete a plugin while it is activated on the main site”. We tried to delete the plugin via FTP but we were forced to restore a backup copy of the site as after deleting the plugin folder on the site it had display problems. How can we delete the plugin? Thank you.

    Hi,

    I believe you are using a wordpress multi-site, that is why you get “It is not possible to delete a plugin while it is activated on the main site” error.

    Please make sure to disable it properly from the main website and on network level. Consult your developer.
