We don’t have any reports of issues with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin caused by the Pixel Manager. Could you please share more details, so that we can improve our code, if there is something we can fix on our side.

@alekv – We only mentioned it to check for duplicate integrations, we didn’t notice any specific issues with the plugin itself. We will let you know if something more specific comes up.

I already gave permissions of everything to all persons in META and talked with their support, but nothing…. The problem started when there was a woocommerce shop with this plugin active in the old website, we made a migration with a new woocommerce and now it it is impossible to connect…

It is possible that the new connection is being blocked by the old one.

Please follow the following steps to reset the old connection:

• Go to the options page (located at ?your-site/wp-admin/options.php)
• find wc_facebook_external_business_id
• Change the value and save page (you can change it to any random value)
• Try reconnecting the plugin

We just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing issues with the plugin? If so, please follow these steps to reset the old connection:

• Go to the options page (located at ?[your-site]/wp-admin/options.php)
• find wc_facebook_external_business_id
• Change the value and save page (you can change it to any random value)
• Try reconnecting the plugin

• Are you seeing any errors when trying to access it?
• Are you using any custom snippets via the Code Snippets plugins?

Also, please update the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin to the latest version.

OH. Thanks for the link, but when trying to save when I change the value to 0. It says there is an error saving due to a possible fail that can break the site. What can I do?

Can you try changing just the last few digits (not removing the entire value)?

Also, to err on the side of caution – backup your database before making any changes as well.

Can you please share an image of the error that you are seeing when trying to save the page?

Also, are you using any custom snippets via the Code Snippets plugins?

If so, please remove any custom code that could be affecting the plugin, and then try deleting/reinstalling and reconnecting the plugin.
