Problems connecting to Mautic

  • When I configure the plugin to connect to Mautic, it seems to work but it just leaves me at the Select CRM screen. On the second attempt it prompts for access and refresh tokens. On the third attempt it goes back to the original form and I authorize again, rinse and repeat. I did clear the Mautic php cache. Do you have any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Also, Bit Integrations worked first time so it seems that Mautic is healthy.

    Hey @linuxarchitect ,

    It sounds like the authorization credentials aren’t getting passed back once you accept the integration in Mautic.

    Could you review the setup video here https://wpfusion.com/documentation/installation-guides/how-to-connect-mautic-to-wordpress/ and let me know at which point exactly it’s not working as expected? I assume after clicking “Accept”?

    If you look at the network tab in your browser during this, do you get any error codes like 403 (unauthorized) or 301 (redirect)?

    I’ve sometimes seen security plugins block the &code= parameter that Mautic passes back to WordPress in the redirect URL. If this gets stripped out it prevents the setup from completing.
