Problems configuring themes

I am having some pretty irritating isues, concerning, changing my websites from blogroll (latets news) frontpage, to this

My frontpage now looks like this:
https://www.judoblog.dkhow can I switch between the 2, without making any mess, and without it beeing TOOO difficult???!?!?!?
PS I believe all themes – almost – has got the option of either a blogroll or “the other” themefrontpage`?
