problems completing a payment (paypal) via mac iOs)

I’m facing the same issue suddenly too. Form submissions are not coming through but customers are getting their money deducted and sent to Paypal. Need a solution for this embarrassing situation!

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Are you getting this problem on any specific IOS version or browser?

Could you please try to enable the Load from Ajax on Forminator > Behaviour > Load Form from Ajax?

thank you for your reply. im not sure what you mean with enable the load?

also, all ppl i ask back via the paypal email how they submit said, the used mac (safari or chrom) and the told,
a loading bar appears – it doesn’t end.

In case of the issue not fixes using that option, can you please click on the right button of the mouse > Inspect > console browser and send a screenshot while you have the issue?

oh now i got it. i enabled it.
i’m waiting now for a incoming form / payment.
if its not working – i will the process you told me with a mac /ios.

unfortunately no improvement.

my problem is, i dont have a mac or any ios device for reproduce that.
are there other options i can change?

also i had now a customer that submitted via windwos and google chrome.
after submitting, there comes the runing circle and never stops / freeze

also i tried to submit by myself but you cant submit via paypal with the sellers adress of paypal. and i dont have another paypal adress.

Apologies for the long delay here, we somehow didn’t get notified about your responses.

Can you please go to Forminator > Forms page, click on gear icon next to your form to export it and then upload that export file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here so we can test it out on our end?

I do also see that you have 2 forms on that page, does the submission work properly if the other form is removed?

Also, do you perhaps have a staging site where you could connect PayPal sandbox account where we could test this further and see if there are any errors during submission?

Yes I’m Currentltly updating the page and testing new froms.
I will let you know when i’m not happy whit the new one and work again on the old one.

A fix for this issue is included in the latest version of Forminator(1.14.7). We have done some improvements in our PayPal integration to avoid the missing submissions with PayPal payments. Please let us know if you still encounter missing submissions issue with PayPal payments after updating to 1.14.7.
