Problems calculating freight with shippify

  • Good afternoon, I configured the plugin according to the documentation. I registered a delivery method for Shippify, I entered the address and the coordinates. However when making a purchase it does not display the delivery metadata.

    Are there any other settings that should be made? Can it have any relationship with WordPress version and PHP?
